Abhijeet is absolutely convinced that South Asians, owing to our skin pigmentation, require way more than the standard human dose of Vitamin D. When I told him that I was taking three times the standard amount through gray Midwest winters and feeling zero change, he earnestly tried to convince me to increase the dosage to loosely 5x to see the “real benefits”.

Beyond sunlight in a pill, Abhijeet has made himself a personal crusade leader for optimal digestion.
